At Create A Cup, every order is custom-made specifically for you, using your approved artwork and tailored to your exact requirements. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed products once production has begun.

However, we stand behind the quality of our cups and our manufacturing process. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us right away. We will conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause.

If it’s found that there was a production or printing error on our side, we’ll work with you to make it right. This may include offering a discount on your next order or finding another suitable resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

Our priority is to provide you with the highest quality custom IML printed cups, delivered on time and exactly as you approved. We value your trust and will always do our best to resolve any genuine concerns quickly and fairly.
