General

By placing an order with Create A Cup, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in all transactions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are custom manufactured to your specifications. Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Production will not begin until payment is received and your artwork has been approved.

Artwork Approval

It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all artwork proofs before production. Lead times for delivery begin only after artwork approval is received. Create A Cup is not responsible for any errors or omissions in approved artwork.

Production & Delivery

Our typical turnaround times are:

  • Express Service: approximately 10 days (7–10 business days)

  • 21 Day Service: approximately 21 days (15 business days)

  • 6 Week Service: approximately 6 weeks (30 business days)

These timelines are estimates and can vary based on production schedules and shipping circumstances. We will always do our best to meet your required deadlines.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. Risk passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns & Issues

Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us promptly. We will conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause. If it is determined that there was a production or printing issue on our side, we may offer a discount on your next order as a resolution.

Liability

Create A Cup will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from late deliveries or products used outside of their intended purpose. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Modifications to Terms

Create A Cup reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
